You can get a loan after you have had bad credit. In the past it is true that it was harder to get a loan once you had bad credit.  Even people with no credit can apply for loans. There are special online loans for bad credit that can help you get the extra money you need. Sometimes you are dealing with a third party and not the actual lender for an online loan.

As long as you read all of the material and are comfortable with the terms and interest rates, then online loans for bad credit will suit your needs. It does not matter whether you have filed for bankruptcy or not. Although it is more difficult to be approved for loans once you have bad credit, it is not impossible. Once you are approved, it is your priority to pay your loan on time to help build you credit back up to a good status.

If you have filed for bankruptcy and are still in the bankruptcy procedure, however, you will need to check all the terms and conditions of your bankruptcy agreement very carefully though. Most bankruptcy agreements have a small, hidden clause which basically says that if you take on any kind of credit while being in the bankruptcy it will automatically cancel it and you would again be liable for whatever charges you owed prior to the bankruptcy. This also includes credit for contracts by the way. If you were to take out a mobile phone contract you would take on a credit agreement as you pay for the phone charges prior to them being made. So a simple thing like a mobile contract could potentially make you fail your bankruptcy, thus be very careful with what kind of conditions you are working when taking out a personal loans bad credit.
